Curry Beef Tenderloin with Apples and Cream

Serves two people.

◦ 350 grams beef tenderloin cut in cubes,
◦ 1 half medium-sized onion, thinly chopped.
◦ 3 teaspoons medium-strength curry
◦ 3 teaspoons salted butter
◦ 1 large, fresh apple
◦ 500 ml cream, 15%

Peel the apple and cut it in chunks, removing the centre. Place butter in a skillet at low heat. Place onions and the curry in the skillet, mixing thoroughly with a wooden spoon for five minutes. Add the cubes of meat to the skillet and cook for seven minutes, turning occasionally to cook all sides. Increase heat to medium and add cream and reduce sauce. Add apple chunks and serve immediately with white rice.
